Ensuring any safeguarding policies conformed to at all times.
Management of the Stage Management float, returning VAT receipts and claim forms to companies administration.
Line management of Stage Management teams and technical staff.
Co-ordination and overseeing the sourcing of props and furniture for the production with the creative team.

Ensuring all technical information received from venues is adequate, gathering further
information whenever necessary in collaboration with production management and technical staff.
Liaising with production management, artistic and administrative teams before arriving at tour venues, checking that contractual agreements have been met.
Acting as a first point of contact whilst on tour for contractual issues, liaising closely with producers and production managers.
Undertaking and co-ordinating get-ins and get-outs of performances at every venue.
In charge of the running of all performances including the overseeing of lighting and
sound and undertaking technical duties as required.
Arranged all repairs, maintenance, laundry and cleaning on the road.
Ensured all technical equipment is operated under safe conditions (at times operating said equipment) and that all items on tour are clearly marked for the company and entered in a detailed inventory.
Up to date knowledge and awareness of health & safety issues, complying with all
current legislation and recommended precautions.
Ensured Risk Assesmnets have been
carried out, and paperwork completed.
Writing of nightly show reports autonomously/in conjunction with the DSM,and circulate them to all relevant parties.
Expert in lighting design /rigging /plot /focus/operation, stage management running the book/in rehearsal/deputising for directors/calling shows/running props/running stage crews/set and scenic changes and works within a variety of settings, in the areas of small/mid-scale theatre, touring, theatre-in-education, community, site specific, and promenade.
Skills and knowledge base also flexible and have work ed on a variety of community arts/theatre design related projects; a ceramic mural, creative audio-book production, creating and coordinating video projects, ‘scrap’ sculpture projects.
