About me
I have thirty years' stage experience playing a variety of roles: wives, girlfriends, barristers, maids, spinsters, schoolgirls, murderers and many others. Away from the theatre I have been employed as a legal secretary and trained and worked as a driving instructor. Since 2016 have been continuing my professional development with screen acting classes. I enjoy learning the camera techniques and how to make it real. I've appeared in several short films, a commercial for "Celebrations" chocolates and I have also worked as an extra in films and as a model in a bank promotion and one for the Open University. I am reliable, professional and friendly and can provide references for my work ethic. I'm looking for work as an actor, extra and model. Here is a link to my showreel.Additional skills:
Writing, yoga, ballroom dancing, horse riding, swimming, cycling, charity fund-raising, shooting, admin work, event organisation, catering, baking, advanced driving.
Additional information:
I've lived in my home village for over thirty years now and involved in fund-raising activities as well as conservation projects. I've raised a family, cared for elderly relatives and enjoy a challenge. I write a weekly newspaper column for the local paper and theatre reviews for the National Operatic and Dramatic Society for which I am also area rep.
